The food.
Just in case you were wondering it’s rice and beans not beans and rice. And, I ate a lot of it in two of these lobster burritos! Okay not all at once, I mean I didn’t eat two at once. But I did eat two during our trip in Belize. AMAZING. I cannot even describe the array of flavors in this burrito. Flour tortilla made outside by the little lady in a smock, rice and beans, huge chunks of lobster meat, and an amazing sauce of cream and spice that I wouldn’t know how to replicate if I tried. Oh and did I mention the lobster… this one even came with a side tail of lobster!
I had to fight the flies just to get at it.
